Refund Policy

We want you happy with SlapBro. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
1. Refund Window
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked, as long as you have not substantively used the Live Remote feature (i.e. not used it for more than one full session).
2. How to Request a Refund
Email slapbrosupport@gmail.com with:
- Your purchase email
- Your license key (format: SLAP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
- The reason for the refund (helps us improve)
3. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Once refunded, your license key is revoked and SlapBro will no longer activate on your devices.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of:
- Refund requested after 14 days
- License key has been used in more than one Live Remote session
- Violation of our Terms of Service (harassment, abuse, fraud)
- Multiple refund requests from the same payment method
5. EU Right of Withdrawal
EU residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. By purchasing SlapBro and starting to use the Live Remote feature, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and waive your withdrawal right for that portion of usage. Refunds for the unused portion remain available within the 14-day window.
